The Somou village is within 300 m. away. The whole area is under protection as it is is part of the Akamas National Park.

Location:
Simou is a small and picturesque village at the south of Polis. The nearby village is within 300m. Here the travelers have at their disposal numerous cafes, tavernas, coffee shops, mini market and bank. Sa Buneri taverna is within 4 min drive. Chrysochou Bay offers boundless safety beaches. The beaches are perfect for fossil hunting and snorkeling. The Baths of Aphrodite and Latchi harbour, the beach and the AKAMAS PENINSULA are within a short drive.
Accommodation:
Aria Villa is a traditional venue and for its building were used stone and wooden beams.
Villa is tastefully furnished, well appointed and boasts a fireplace. Aria Villa is suitable for disable guests as well.
Downstairs:
The open-plan lounge is 11m x 5m and is beautifully furnished. It has a TV, DVD, CD player and moveable fan. Also here is a pen plan dining area. This area is mainly flat and has a ramp at the front door. Two twin bedrooms with spacious beds and 2 x adjoining shower and WC are downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, cooker and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer. The private pool measures 4m x 8m, and has Roman steps and a hand rail. Pool side is illuminated at night, and the pool has wonderful Auroral effect colored lighting for nighttime. The garden has sun loungers, umbrellas, outside shower and barbeque area.
Upstairs:
The double bedroom is tastefully decorated and comprise a adjoining bath, shower and W.C. Upstairs terrace boasts breathtaking views.
