Dave villa is located in a residential area of mainly English Expats. It is outside the Agia Thekla and only 300 meters from the sea. Villa is within 45 kilometers from Larnaca airport. Car is recommended.

Dave villa has 2 double bedrooms. Living area accommodates 6 persons. Villa also boasts outdoor balcony, swimming pool and terrace.

Leisure facilities:
Dave villa is ideally located very close to the main area attractions. It is set within 4 minutes drive from the Water world, the largest water park in Cyprus, and only 7 minutes drive to Ayia Napa. The area is excellent for the whole family. The safety sandy beaches of Agia Thekla and its sheltered lagoon is a great entertainment for children.
There are available sun beds, umbrellas, water sports and other facilities. Also there are numerous fine restaurants in the area, including real Greek taverns.
