Erik Villa is a stylish venue, ideally located in the village of Pegeia in Cyprus. It is built on the slope of a hill, overlooking the Coral Bay, forests and mountains.
Villa accommodates up to 6 persons in three separate bedrooms. The nice decor and cosy atmosphere provides the guests relaxing and careless time.
Here our guests can take advantage of any possible amenities: an open plan lounge, dining room, Satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen.
Upon arrival our guests receive a Welcome Pack consisting of milk, bread, tea, fruits, butter, marmalade, wine.
Erik Villa is an excellent choice for enjoyable vacations.
Location:
Erik villa is perfectly located within five minute drive from Coral Bay, which is considered the most picturesque area in Cyprus. The Paphos airport is within 35 km. Paphos is within 15 min. drive from Pegeia village.
Villa facilities:
Erik villa is equipped with kitchen which includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The master bedroom has an en-suite deluxe bathroom. The other two bedrooms have their own en-suite shower and washing convenience. All three bedrooms have wardrobe and air condition. The living area has three sofas.
Also there is available baby cot and high chair by request, iron and iron board, linen and towels are supplied.
For our visitor's insurance there are supplied: fire extinguisher, life ring, first aid kit. Dining room has a table with six chairs.
There is a car parking area.
Leisure facilities:
There are numerous leisure facilities on the site and around the area. Erik Villa has a private swimming pool with sun loungers and a barbeque area. The swimming pool is divided into two levels with different depth: for children and for adults. Also there are six sun beds and umbrellas.
Erik villa's area consists approximately 140m2.
The sandy beaches and turquoise water are all that a holidaymaker can wish. There are also available water sports, cycling, golfing and dining venues. There are also many local boat cruises that are a great fun for the whole family.
Area attractions:
Akamas Peninsula, the Avakas Gorge, Baths of Aphrodite and the Rock of Aphrodite. Pegeia itself is a village with beautiful stone-paved village squares and spectacular fountains.
