Pelagia villa is a new spacious villa located in a very convenient location, right on the beach. From the balconies of Pelagia villa you can enjoy a wonderful view to the Mediterranean sea with its clear blue waters. Pelagia Villa is located very close to the center of Ayia Napa, a well-known resort thanks to it nightlife. Also you can visit other 2 nice resorts Paralimni and Protaras - which are just in 15 minutes drive.
Pelagia Villa has 3 spacious bedrooms which have all modern facilities. It can sleep 8 persons + infant (folding travel cot; please bring own bedding) comfortably. There is a provision for 10 persons (2 bed settes in the living area, but will be subject to an additional charge). Pelagia villa is suitable for families. There is a shop and a restaurant with local dishes within walking distance. A car is recommended. Towels (not beach towels) and bedding are included. Pelagia villa is maintained by G.M.T Property Management and are oncall 24hrs. The pool is cleaned and chemically treated twice a week. Transport from Larnaca airport can be arranged as well as any other items required e.g welcome pack and any hiring requirements. Smoke alarms are installed, fire blanket and fire extinguisher on hand.
Pelagia Villa is set in a private gated plot with pool, terrace, garden and built in barbeque/sink. Outdoor shower area and garden furniture. Full air conditioning & shutters to the windows for coolness in the midday heat. Contemporary furnishings with set's 2 double bed. Stereo, satellite TV including children's channels (Cartoon network and Boomerang), Euro sport and live Premiership football as well as add on package televised from Dubai including 24 hr movie channel. There is also a dual region DVD and an array of music and DVD discs. At the Pelagia villa there are patio doors to the pool. Well fitted kitchen including fridge freezer, electric kettle, toaster, can opener, toaster maker, iron & ironing board, microwave, washer machine & dishwasher.

Also stores folding travel cot. Downstairs bedroom where can sleep 2 persons. Ideal for partially infirm (toilet/shower also on ground floor). Fitted wardrobes with drawers and cupboard space. Transport to & from Larnaca Airport 24.00 CYP each way for 4 people (limited luggage space). Evening run will be 30.00 CYP each way for 4 people. Payment for welcome pack to the property manager on arrival.

GBP 100 retainer required on paying balance for breakages (excluding glasses, plates etc). Refundable after inspection by property manager.
