Theresa villa is an exclusive family house and is located in a complex which boasts ten similar venues. It overlooks the pool, the lush gardens and the olive groves and sea. Villa comprises three bedrooms which are one double and two twins. It accommodates up to six guests.

Theresa villa is located in village of Oroklini. The famous beaches of Larnaca Bay are within 3 km from the villa. The airport is within 20 min.
Oroklini village represents a traditional Greek Cypriot village. There are numerous shops, a supermarket, a bakery, bank, chemist, butcher, DVD rental, etc. Some village areas have been restored to the original traditional style. Here the guests can enjoy delicious meals in the rustic restaurants.
Theresa villa is close to numerous tourist attractions. The Oroklini beach is situated within 5 min drive. The safety beaches of Ayia Napa and the Waterworld Park are only 20 minutes to the east. The town of Larnaca with its cosmopolitan promenade is 20 minutes to the west.

Theresa villa provides its visitors 1 bedroom with double, 2 bedrooms with twins 1 family bathroom with shower, 1 shower room, and1 cloakroom. Most rooms have patio and spacious balconies with scenic views of the hills and the sea.
Facilities:
Full size cooker, hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board. All the rooms are tastefully furnished and fully equipped. All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning units in all bedrooms; TV, DVD, CD radio cassette player, linen and towels are supplied.
The dining room has a table with 6 chairs. Guests have at their disposal BBQ area, furnished patio and sun loungers. Baby cot is available. Also is included welcome pack upon arrival.
